This is undoubtedly one of the most incredible places I have ever stayed in. The location is outstanding, very easy to find thanks to the accurate directions from staff. Communication was brilliant, check in very easy and the room, wow. I expected it to be noisy as city centre locations often are, but this was not the case at all. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, fabulous coffee and tea making facilities, plenty of blankets, pillows and towels.

The cercany to everything, great location, we were able to leave our luggage before our check-in, great customer service, the room was big, and very well decorated, with all toiletries for the guest, with coffee, tea, pastries and water as a complementary in the room. Our staying was totally satisfying.

The place was very clean, great location around 25 min walking until train or bus station and you don't have to pay for any transport in the water if you don't want. There is a grocerie store very close to hotel. The room was so beautiful. We could left our luggage very early before the check in.

This quirky accommodation exceeded our expectations and made our first trip to Venice a memorable one . From the decor to the laptop reception, everything was perfect Communication before and during our stay made for a problem free stay . Highly recommended will certainly be visiting again

This is a hidden gem in Venice. Our room was gorgeous, very generous by Venice standards, fully equipped and in a fabulous location, just 5 mins from transport links, near a great bar and a spar. The coffee machine was a lovely extra and it was lovely and warm in the damp foggy weather.

The design of the room was very nice. It had a small balcony. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a coffee machine and coffee capsules. They also left something to eat. There was a separate air conditioner for the bathroom. Detailed hygiene products were left in the bathroom. Transportation is very central and close to ferries.

The room was really cozy and marvellous. The decoration was AMAZING!! and having the direct view to one of the rivers was priceless. The stuff really nice. The whole place supper clean.
